In dealing with this company I think it is important to know that the owner, [redacted], is a convicted felon for mortgage fraud. He has spent time in prison and has had his Real Estate license revoked. He personally ripped me off in a personal business dealing, so to be fair I have not dealt with this business as a business directly at all. He has since turned the official titles of owner and manager over to his wife and others but his business card still says 'Owner'. I think that speaks volumes about the integrity of this outfit. Beware.
