Dear ***,The NAGB response included in your letter is similar, although not as specific as the rebuttal they gave to Bank of America VISA It is replete with falsehoods and misrepresentations First and foremost, I never authorized any charges to my VISA Card I refer to the documents I sent to you earlier, which were the ones I sent to VISA After reviewing them, they determined that I had done my due diligence and credited my account for the unauthorized charges NAGB had put through.They kept telling me the credit to my VISA was being processed, delaying my return of the coins until after the day return period had passed During that same period, they repeatedly said a check or liquidating the $40,worth of coins, was in the mail To this day, I have neither seen their credit nor any check.On or about Nov 16th, I returned the coins so they could process an "immediate" credit That never happened, but rather they sent me back coins When I asked why they had sent the extra coins, which I also never ordered, they replied in a message that they were letting me have all coins and "the extra we're not charging because of the mistakes we have made and we need to make it right."While they had charged nearly twice the going rate for the original coins, if I could get coins for $19,692, it was a reasonable proposition The problem was that without proceeds from liquidating the coins I had sent them, I was in no position to purchase the coins and take advantage of the extra they were going to throw in for free.I tried on occasions to return them and both times they refused to accept the package I have tracking receipts to prove this Also, I believe this was in the package of information I originally sent to you.So currently, I have the coins they refused to accept, for a value of $19,692, and they have of my coins for liquidation worth $40,460, and for which I have received nothing.I hope this letter, along with the previously submitted documents, answer your questions Let me know if you need something further This issues has definitely not been resolved My attempts to contact them have gone unanswered.Respectfully,*** ** ***

Client gave us a credit card that was authorized to purchase gold coins also sent in his gold to liquidate to cover more gold coinshe has his product and has been disputing charges after the day return periodwe are currently disputing his chargeback awaiting outcome of merchant
