Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I understand about your own rulesI’m fine with itMy daughter did an excellent jobMy only thing is, we were gurentees two matchesMy daughter only received one matchWhat you are doing is advetising and is basically called a scamI’m glad you are offering a credit towards the next NAGA competition but my daughter no longer is doing [redacted] (as stated many times now) so this credit is actually useless for usAlso, there are many people that has told me to not do anymore NAGA competitions because of these “so called rules”I know I wasn’t the only one treated unfairly and I just hope that your company will put an end to this.So again a credit for the next competition has no use for me and my daughter we just wanted the two match guarantee (which did not happen)Also, with all the video showing your competition, there’s been a lot of health risk during that timeWith no AC, no fire escape routes? Naga works hard to provide a fair competitive match for all of the competitors in attendanceCompetitors are informed prior to the event that any matches where there is not a point advantage for either competitor that a referee decision has to made to determine the winnerIt is also communicated
to the competitors during the match where a tie is eminent that points are needed by either competitor to avoid a referees decisionReferee decisions are based on who was the more aggressor or who had a slight advantage in submission attempts as stated in our rules ( In the event that competitors are equal in terms of Initiation and Aggression, Referees will determine a tie by considering who skillfully controlled the Pace, Place, and Position on the mat, in order to ultimately set up an eventual submission.)In the case of this particular match,video was provided and reviewed by our head referee and it was determined that the referee overseeing the match made the right decisionAs far as the match guarantee, it was determined that the competitor in fact did not receive a 2nd match which was an oversight on our partOur matches consist of round and the winner is determined by either point advantage or referee decisionA 2nd match is provided independent of the prior matchIn accordance with our guarantee, we extended a full credit towards a future event at no additional costsNaga holds over events a year and thousands of matches are performedIn the small percentage of matches where decisions are contested, Naga reviews and consults with the parties involved to determine a favorable outcomeIn this case, both concerns were addressed by reviewing video of the match to determine if the Referees decision was correct where it was determined that the correct decision was madeA full credit was extended to the participant since we failed to meet our two match guaranteeUltimately, it is our intent to ensure that all participants in attendance have a positive, fun filled experience

We appreciate your feedbackHowever, your daughter competed and received a fair match that was within the guidelines and protocol of our rulesAs stated in our rules, our matches are single round matches to which a winner is decided either by points or referee decision as previously statedIt is understood that you may not be happy with the decision, however, it was determined through further review that the referee's decision was correctWe do not offer refunds, however, as mentioned we would be happy to extend a credit towards a future event if she decides to compete as a gesture of customer service since she was not given a 2nd consolation match
