Hi,
I had a same negative experience with National Home Gardening Club, regarding the annual, non--ordered calendar I called customer service, asking to cancel further shipments, sent back the calendar and I kept my life time membership for customer service recommendation, since it was paid offI was told, no further action needed, I don't have any out-standing balanceI believed it unfortunately
About month later, here is the 2nd invoice for the same, returned calendar, the only difference ---> now, with late fee + service fee, possibly, if not paid off on timeSo, now, there is even not any expensive, although, non-ordered calendar, but the invoice with the possible late+ service feeTried to getting touch with the company -- not available via phone, the Email, what is provided via the automatic system, when You call, is not working.....Finally, I was able to find a HOPEFULLY working Email access for Them ---asking to disregard their invoice as well as cancel my paid off member-ship with them
I hope, future or other/current customers won't have the same experience, I did
