Review: After door to door solicitors from the company came to my house, I purchases two magazine subscriptions, and was told they would be given to a charitable organization of my choice. About a month later, I started receiving phone calls from the company. The phone would be a recorded message from an Arizona number belonging to North American Services Company. After a hold, I would be asked to complete a survey, and asked to renew my subscriptions or purchase new ones. I have spoken to them twice and asked them to please stop calling me. Both times, I was informed that I have been removed from their calling lists and that I would not receive any more phone calls. I have since been called three more times. Furthermore, my subscriptions were improperly sent to my home, instead of to the charity.Desired Settlement: I want the business to stop all future calls to my number. I do not want any "customer service calls," I do not want to take any surveys, and I never want to purchase another subscription from them again. I do not want any further contact with this company.
