I am rejecting this response because:Their was no appointment son June they came on their own because we have our own services plan with the washer and dryerOn July Jim called in the morning and said he would get back to me in the afternoon, but never didWe inform Jim that we would like a full refund because the job was done incorrectly causing a plumbing problemThursday July Jim called back at the end of his day of work and said he would like to come over on Friday July but that didn't work for me and this whole week he is on vacation and we have not receive any calls from Air Mechanical
