Review: To whom it may concern:In September 2014, I bought a new construction house. It is under one year mandatory warranty by law.Shortly after we moved in, the sump pump which the builder had installed in our basement does not function properly and improperly installed. The sump pump does not eject the dirty and stinky water efficiently out of the house. The sump pit is partially cemented. The uncemented part on the right side of the pit collects more water. Due to the uncemented sump pit and no sewer cover, a lot of sand and dirt have accumulated in the sewer pipe.We have been calling the realtor agent many times. In order to contact the builders who sold me the house. She said she already gave my messages to the builders. But we have got no response from them at all.On May **, 2015, around 6pm, we finally saw the builders from our next door neighbor. We talked to the builders about all the problems. We request to fix the worsen cracking driveway, change the inefficient sump pump, cement the sump pit, clean up the sewer pipe, repair the cracking side wall and facet of the house, electrical, heating and ceiling problems. After two months when we moved in, the driveway damage got worse. It has cracks all over the driveway. The builders said that the driveway damage was our fault because we parked our car in the driveway.They would not honor the warranty. They said they would not responsible for our claims. They ignored our request for them to fix the house. This kind of behavior is totally unprofessional. The builders are not afraid of the law.My warranty is going to expire soon. I desperately need urgent help.Thank you.Desired Settlement: I want the builders to honor the warranty. I request to fix the worsen cracking driveway, change the inefficient sump pump, cement the sump pit, clean up the sewer pipe, repair the cracking side wall and facet of the house, electrical, heating and ceiling problems.
