RUDE , THEY CALL PEOPLE NAMES WHEN THEY DON'T GET THEIR "WAY"AND OR QUESTIONS ANSWERED. WHAT BUSINESS CALLS ANOTHER TO DISRESPECT ITS EMPLOYEES? I DO NOT WORK FOR THE SHIPPING COMPANY. I DO NIT HAVE TO TOLERATE THEIR INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEES DISRESPECT ! I CALLED THIS COMPANY MANY TIMES TO SPEAK WITH A MANAGER AND THE GUY WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE KEPT HANGING UP ! I HAVE HEARD NOTHING BUT COMPLAINTS FROM OTHER PEOPLE WHO HAVE USED THIS COMPANY BEFORE. THEY IGNORE CALLS WHEN THEY DONT WANT TO DEAL WITH THEIR OWN MISTAKES ! DO NOT USE THEM!
Lately the cars that I buy in the USA and are carried by North Atlantic International Ocean Carrier arrive to other countries without the CATALYTIC CONVERTER. It is likely they would reuse it or re sale the part, that is robery and it is ilegal to use this part of the car.
In other countries the catalityc converter is not required for DMV, and has no market value as a used part, this specific part has market value exclusively in the USA.
I want for North Atlantic to be responsible for delivering the car they pick up in the same condition as they receive it.

Other (requires explanation) I want for North Atlantic to be responsible with the cars that they transport. Meaning they should either replace or refund the part that is missing or damaged in the car.

There is an established claims policy, in addition to this we keep record of claims received. Our policy states that we do not accept claims for missing catalytic converters. Vehicles may remain several months at the auction premises where they are manipulated several times before they arrive at our warehouses and it is impossible for anyone to determine if/where this piece was removed from the vehicle(s). Our customers are well aware of our policy regarding claims and we encourage them to reach out to our claims department for careful review of their case(s) when they meet the established criteria. Theft is a strong allegation and is not in line with our standards.
