Today is March 3, 2016. I purchased NEW tires from this location on December 23 or 24, 2015. This man name JIM was a total [redacted]...I was there for my Tire that was on a flat (so I put fix a flat in it) and TPMS sensor and he's just ranting and raven how bad the government and then manufacturer was for making the valve that goes in the TPMS sensor for Mazda ( did I mention he want to charge me $140 dollar for this sensor) and how Donald (tramp) Trump is gaining at the poll, because he's sick of the government...Now I'm their for a freaking tire and a sensor not to mention this [redacted] face is right in the hard of the ghetto talking [redacted]! Long story short it wasn't the TPMS sensor nor did the tire have a puncher...okay...so I ask JIM was it the sensor (the $140 dollar sensor) he said NO he didn't know what caused the tire to lose air....My point for posting this negative comment is that before you start pointing your finger at the government and the manufacturer first find out the problem (JIM). Please do not patronize this business until JIM take some customers service classes.

Review: During a standard oil change...the person servicing my vehicle broke my refill cap...then charged me to replace..it...this car is kept in great shape and have had oil changes before...them being unfamiliar or not using proper Resource to solve the problem they obviously had removing a simple refill cap...is their mistake not mine and I shouldn't have to pay ...for not being their looking over people's shoulders...Desired Settlement: I would like 9.74...refunded back to me

its plastic we see theses break all the time,25 years ago were made of metal.As a business owner I can not be responsible for the manufacture for using plastic. you are right it is a simple task removing the cap,but I didn't built the car. maybe you should go after GM for install a cheap cap on your car.

Review: In March of 2014, my Saturn Outlook's Steering went out. I called Firestone to ask if they did this type of repair. I was informed that the power steering pump was bad. I had my car towed to Firestone to get it repaired. The power steering pump was replaced. Five days after the pump was replaced by firestone my steering went out again. I towed the car to Firestone again and was told that the pump was still good and my Rack and Pinion needed to be replaced for $1800. I told Firestone I was unhappy with this as the pump was under warranty. Firestone refused to right the wrong of whatever repair they did to the pump. This was not guaranteeing their work even though the warranty on the pump was for 12,000 miles and the labor for 90 days. I also told them I did not believe that to be true and would get another mechanic's opinion.

I have since had two mechanics look at the car and in July my steering is still not right. I took the car recently to Gorman's West Town auto and was given an assessment of the vehicle stating I need a new Power steering pump.Desired Settlement: I am not satisfied with the service and would like a full refund to my debit card as soon as possible.
