North Bay Marina

We bought a used boat from North Bay Marina in 2021 and part of our contract was to have several panels replaced. It had been now almost 2 years later and we are getting the run around. As of the date of this post we still have not received our new panels. We may be seeking legal action.

Took my boat to me sold ;they had it over a month ;promise they were going to put it for sale,did not list it did not put it out front just left it out back setting in mud.All they did was to do work I never asked for; when I asked for the old parts they could not provide them.There were people I delt with over the sale ; one was Joe and the other who was really unprofessional was the parts man thinkMy opinion is to really look at another dealer if your trying to sell,have work done or anything else,their prices are also high

Worst customer service ever, Scott and JD both ridiculous to deal with! Bought a new boat from North Bay marina and they refuse to complete warranty work!!!
