Sent: Monday, July 20, 3:PM On compliment file number: # [redacted] [redacted] became my customer on June 17, she was happy with the installation and of systems which was completed on 6-18- Pictures of agreement and systems are attached Mrs [redacted] was remodeling her home and bad mouthing all of the work of the different contractors and I was hesitant of doing business with herI decided that I know she shouldn't have a reason to get upset with me and my company since I knew she would be satisfied Six months later she called me because she needed salt serviceI went out to her home to take care of that for herAs she opened her garage door for my service she asked how much it was going to be and I said I charge $a bag with no extra service charge, system needed bagsShe started screaming at me calling me every name in the book saying she wasn't paying me that much for bags of saltShe shut the garage door and never answered as I rang door bell or called her cell phone I did nothing wrong to upset her and told her I would still have to charge her since she had me go out there as I proceeded to explain to her that salt isn't freeI called her [redacted] and he was very respectful tried to get through to her but still wouldn't budge I'm sorry she got upset I mentioned to her [redacted] and mentioned to him that I won't be able to continue a working relationship if she treated me this way I can get copies of all the text messages of that day if needed but I rather wait to see what she says before I go through that expense I have over satisfied customers and several in her neighborhood that would concur with the fact that she reports anyone if she doesn't get her wayI can also get cell records and text messages that I tried to make peace with them a year later so filters can be changedI spoke to her [redacted] several times and in his calm respectful voice he said again he would try and to no avail I can get written statements from one or two I'm sure if I ask themI rather not involve anyone else but I would if she continues to defame my company and file suit on her I'm sure if you bring this up to her attention she will back off

To Whom it may concern: My name is [redacted] the owner of PureSofH2o and I'm responding to compliant ID [redacted] I had a long and elaborate response to submit till I got to the end and I re-read itI rather not continue saying he said she said with her not having proof of her claimsI on the other hand do have the incoming and outgoing text messages printed by [redacted] verbatim time and dates of our past conversations and the recent ones when I talked and text her calm [redacted] Saying I'm a liar or that I was speaking behind her back is childish and wrong I'm an Authorized Dealer for the Manufacturing Company [redacted] for South Texas and [redacted] is a Sales Rep for [redacted] ***I spoke to him in reference to what Mrs [redacted] is claiming and his response to her was that only an Authorized repair man that knows what they're doing can fix it and the parts are under warranty [redacted] didn't say the next part to her since there wasn't a need toThe repair person would still need to contact me to get those parts since I'm the Dealer for this area I am within my legal right to deny service if customer is showing anger and using foul language which is her nature Enough Worldly Words Said I'm willing to make amends and humble myself and say I'm Sorry for things Mrs [redacted] says I did or said wrongI Apologize I'm willing to repair, service system within reason and have it running as if it was newThe system was installed correctly as the main water line was exposed since there was remodeling being done at her homeBut if for some reason my installers did an inadequate job it will be taken care ofThere will be NO CHARGES to this service

Sent: Monday, July 20, 3:PMTo: Subject: Re: Houston Revdex.com Complaint Record Restoration PureSoftH2O To whom it may concern: My name is [redacted] the owner and president of PureSoftH2oI am responding to complaints that were submitted against my company Mr [redacted] 's complaint was resolved and systems were installed on May 19, and He is completely satisfiedCall Him at [redacted] to confirm On complaint file number: # [redacted] On August of Mr [redacted] signed an agreement and put $down on a Whole House Water Filtration System and RO Drinking Water SystemPlease see attached Pics The home that it was going to be installed in was being remodeled and would have been finished by the end of October and agreed to have gotten balance by that timeIt wasn't finished and we needed to hold off on installation The home was still not ready before the end of December and I asked Mr [redacted] if I could get the remainder balance and we could install system when his home was readyDuring the time of August through December Mr [redacted] gave me additional down payments and systems were paid in full January came and I came across a tragic financial issue which held me back and Mr [redacted] understood but it was a long wait for him waiting for me to get back on my feet which wasn't easy [redacted] All is much better now and going good

This is no true at all I never called him he called me to come check the equipment and replace the salt which he had discussed with us that would be free and that I only had to pay for salt and was not $dollars I can't recall how much it was cause I refused to pay more than what salt cost at *** he started texting me that he would void warranty and that no one would be able to service itIn the future we sat back to back in a local restaurant and was talking about me with the person he was there with which I think is very unethical but I kept my peace and let it go even thought my *** wanted to get up and tell him that if he had something to say for him to say it to his face but I calmed him downBottom point is that are system no longer works and I contacted the main company and spoke to *** *** and he told me to call anybody to come service it that what *** had said about voiding warranties was not true that if anything was wrong to contact him directly my system stopped working about to months after it was finished and the one person that came to look at it said it might be that it was placed wrong due to what I explained to him, we have been adding salt like we are suppose to but it just not working*** lied because he was not charging me $dollars a bag of salt it was way more and that was why I ran him off my home my mistake was no t to get it in writing when we did contract and not taking that receipt to have proof of what he was going to charge me
