Slum lords,they never fix anything and they have the nerve to increase rent at the same time! They don't return deposits even when you take them to court and get a judgement against them! This is a very shady reality company and unless they like/know you personally,don't expect any fair business practices from this companyThey are consistently changing management which is another sign that there is never one person to hold accountable for anything I highly recommend if you're between places and its an emergence that you need residency,GO HOMELESS @ A SHELTER! You're better off! They are nothing but a pain in the ***,they only honor those "Big" business deals where companies have the money for lawyers to seek damagesThe good thing is,they are not the only place in town!
