customers understand work with us because they know we stand by our word/work.In [redacted] case we had an unforeseeable issue with the appointment before his and got behind with all of the appointments for that day. We tried to rescheduled [redacted]'s appointment, but he was not happy with being rescheduled and stated he wasn't sure when he would be available.We have seen resolved [redacted]'s issues by unclogging his drain on 4/292016.
