Myself like many of the others below me typed in NC DMV and this was the first to pop up and was also under the impression that I would renew my licenseI was charged $for a almost blank powerpoint document with a few random linksHow can this "company" charge for free info that is readily available? I just want my money back and I hope nobody else has to deal with this, I work too hard for my money for someone to set up a bogus website to take it to sell free information.

This business = FRAUD! They knowingly confuse consumers and scam them foR $14 for absolutely no service! I googled "Texas Drivers License Replacement" and their website came up as driverslicenseservices.org. I entered all my cc info and they immediately charged my account for access to TOTALLY free drivers license forms. They are a total scam and are knowingly confusing consumers for $14 each, and someone has to stop these people. They knowingly confuse visitors to their website. I thought I was paying $14 for the drivers license replacement, but yet they send me an email for $14 to go to the real web-site for the forms I need. This is totally unfair, and I want my money back. I entered my data once and got an error, which they probably process and had to re-enter my account info, so these scammers are likely out for a second $14, for a total of $28. I want and deserve a full refund! THEY ARE NOT PROVIDING A SERVICE. THEY ARE TOTALLY SCAMPTERS! They should be shut down to prevent others from being taken in by their fraudelent web-site! I called my bank they gave me the phone number XXX-XXX-XXXX, some lady ansers, I explain my situation, and she says she doesn't know what I'm talking about", wrong number! I check with the my bank again, they give me the same phone #. I called a second time, and they have flipped on the recorder. I get no where with a recorded message. My bank also told me that they have a DELAWARE routing number. This website is set up to fool people and scam them out of their money. I want all of my money back. It appeared that completing this page would lead to the page for the actual registration. It did not and provided a very simple booklet about registration which simply said to go to the DMV to renew the registration. The site was misleading and provided no service at all. The "registration handbook" was of no value.
