The service provided through the offices of the NC driving school is unprofessional and employees of this office are inept. When calling this office the phones consistently go to an answering machine and it is nearly impossible to get someone on the phone or have them return your call. I have called multiple times each week throughout the summer, waiting for someone to answer and only gotten a live person 1 time. I have also left numerous voice messages and my calls have never been returned. Good records are not kept of previous calls and appointments. The employees do not give the impression of being well educated, knowledgeable, or up to the task of running a driving school that services hundreds of teens in NC. After speaking with someone in May about a drivers ed course and changing my reservation to August, now I find my name is not on the list nor do they have any record of previous conversations to help them rectify their mistake. I can only hope the level of professionalism in the actual courses far exceeds the quality of the office. If not, there needs to be a serious reconsideration of who these contracts are given to.Desired SettlementI request to have the spot I requested in May and called to confirm all summer (with unanswered calls), available to my teen in the August drivers ed class at [redacted]Business Response Contact Name and Title: [redacted], President Contact Phone: XXX XXX-XXXXContact Email: [redacted]@ncdrivingschool.comWe do not register the classroom phase for [redacted] High School. The school's main office does the registration. The individual teacher schedules the behind the wheel instruction. My question is what number did they call for information?

N.C.D.S failed to provide services in the time they stated in agreement. All attempts to be contacted were ignored and we were given the run around. Our child was placed in their(NCDS) driver education training program. After successful completion of classroom training, the student was to complete the in-car driving portion within 30 - 90 days following in class work. Student/ family was never contacted for such training. The class training was completed in the first week of July 2013. It is now October 30, 2013. Our(parents of student)numerous calls have yielded no response. When called, we are told someone will contact you today. Today comes and goes with no response. We have emailed the company as well with no results. We have call logs and email proof of such to substantiate our claims. We have already paid for services we have yet to receive. Due to this blatant disregard for proper customer service, our child will not receive her driver's license at the appropriate time. As well as, if the driving is not completed within 6 months of classroom training, the state requires the student to re take the classroom portion, thus causing us to out of pocket more money to the SAME COMPANY!!! As we, the parents, both have employment, it is important for us for student to have license to have transportation to and from school without having to miss time from work. As of today, October 30, 2013 a man named Mr [redacted] was supposed to call yesterday October 29, 2013, and set up time for in car training. We have still heard nothing from the NCDS prompting this complaint. We paid $45 in cash and have said receipt to substantiate claim. The company claims the driving is scheduled in order of birth date. Our student has friends that attended the class, that were younger than her, and have finished course and moved on to acquire their driver's permits.Desired SettlementWe want our money refunded for the course and want to receive the in car training as well. We feel that due to the lack of concern for request for services rendered, in manner that the NCDS said they would be, have been ignored, we feel that the NCDS should provide this service AND refund our money. This company not only has ignored us, but has robbed our driver the privilege and excitement that comes with a 16th birthday trip to the dmv for a driver's license.( have to have permit a year before obtaining a driver's license) - Case Closed SATISFIED 2013-11-01 This issue has been resolved. Once I called and told them I had made contact with the Revdex.com, they promptly returned my call and resolved the issue at hand. - [redacted]
