Association advertises that they service NC department title agents by offering educational and supportive services inclusive of NC informational guideline manual for testing NC title agents. The agency is non responsive and after receiving application with $90 fee,*** is listed as executive director and she acknowledged 6 weeks ago she had my money and application but has not responded since that time. I've called several times and emailed with no response. I got lucky once with another lady that said she was aware of my paperwork but she does not process it and Tracy would call me after she got off vacation 2 weeks ago. That was a joke! I will notify the Governor and NC dept of insurance as well. Absolutely horrible customer service.

Complainant sent an application for membership and a check for $10 for the Study Guide. She did not qualify for the membership and it was not processed and the check was not processed. The fee for the study guide for a non-member is $90, however she only sent $10. I mailed a letter to her with this information and returned her check.
I did not call her while I was on vacation and unfortunately the day I returned from vacation, my father passed away and I had to leave the state.
I can send copies of the letter that was mailed to her as well as proof of my father's death if needed.
She just wanted the study guide for $10 but did not qualify for that price and is upset with our office.
