Review: Two forms requesting reimbursement were submitted in early December. I have yet to receive my reimbursement per the plan's terms. I spoke with "Francis" about two weeks ago and was told they would be processed, but nothing as of today, January 23, 2015. I had the same problem with this company last year.Desired Settlement: I want to be reimbursed to the full extent allowable under the plan. I want the reimbursement to be sent immediately.
