We entered into a contract for the company named to provide us with transportation to [redacted] and the transportation did not arrive as scheduled.We contacted the company to provide a bus to take some of our students to a photography event in [redacted] On the day the bus was arranged to arrive it did not show up. The company was contacted and we were told that there were some mechanical problems with the vehicle and we would have to make other arrangements. We have repeatedly tried to contact the company for a refund of the fee that was paid by our students and cannot get a hold of anyone. We have tried both email and by phone with no luck.Desired SettlementWe are looking to have the [redacted] that was collected from our students refunded so that we can in turn refund it to our students.

A contract was signed and a payment of [redacted] was made for a coach bus rental for [redacted] from North Central Coach and Cab cancelled the morning the service was to be provided and wrote in an email that a refund will be coming.The refund has not been issued. The operator of the bus company cancelled and did not fulfill the contract but never returned our [redacted] We entered into a contract with the bus company and they represented themselves as having the proper certifications to transport our low income children to camp. One business day prior to the start of camp (Friday camp starts on Monday). He told me he didn't want to get a provisional certification, which I had arranged for him. He said he didn't want me to get involved, but he wouldn't be able to provide transportation for at least half of the summer. he said he would refund the money to me that afternoon. He never showed up. he stated that he would return the funds the next day, he also did not show up. I made repeated calls to him all weekend asking him to return the funds. He did not respond other than to tell me he was in church on [redacted] afternoon. I called him again on Monday and told him that I would be filing a complaint with the Department of Public utilities. He said that he mailed the check certified mail although he doesn't have my address and was unable to provide me with a tracking number. He has since cancelled all phone numbers and I have no way to contact him.Desired SettlementWe are seeking a refund via a bank check. No services were rendered and we expect a refund.

Received run around and was told by owner that he had to collect the money from his insurance company. After that call, attempts to connect were left unanswered. Phone number is now out of service too.Desired SettlementSeeking refund of [redacted]Business Response Unfortunately north central coach & cab was severely vandalized in our garage in [redacted] 2015. All of our vehicles were destroyed. Although vehicle insurance covers the vehicle damage, building insurance would cover the missed trips. Our landlord has refused to provide this information and we are "battling" this situation. We were unable to recover from the damage and forced to shut down as we had to pay for some trips to be done by other companies. We sincerely apologize and would like an attempt to resolve. Unfortunately the business is closed. We would be willing to set up a payment plan if customer agrees. Consumer Response Received business response on [redacted] stating they would be, "willing to set up a payment plan if customer agrees."We have not been able to reach the business by phone as to setting up a payment plan because the phone number is not in service.Looking for direct contact information for business so we can communicate. Please advise.
