I am responding to ID [redacted]             The issue with [redacted] was resolved this morning Tuesday 05/24/2016 at 10:15 am by phone....

             On 05/07/2016, the pt spoke with my billing company and we updated her on outstanding balance & informed her that we did not have her payment of  $50.00             If she could provide us with the information about the check and when it cleared the bank we could get to the resolution.               As part of conversation today, [redacted] informed me that her previous bank was able to tell her that the check never cleared the bank.             I stated that if she send the payment for 50.00 I would adjust the balance off.             Once the payment is received I would mail her a copy of the zero balance account invoice to her new address in Lebanon Oregon.             When I tried to review this complaint on line, your website www.Revdex.com.org/central-texas, does not list our medical practice at all.               I did find Central Texas Medical, with our address.  This is not correct.                The correct name of our medical practice is Central Texas Neurology Consultants. Can you please update your data base and web site.                          This complaint ID [redacted] was not linked to the Central Texas Medical business.             The one complaint listed from 2014 pond listed on the website shows the business failed to respond which is incorrect.              I received your letter, responded by mail and talked with a Revdex.com rep on the phone about the issue.        I also spoke with the pt but was unable to reach an agreement.             I’m not sure if my responses do not show is because of the name being incorrect or the letter did not make it to your office.      Please let me know if you need anything else
