? First let me say that this lady is nuttier than a brain-damaged goose, this complaint was generated because she sold me a pickup for $1,and I listed it for $and at that point she went nuts and sent me a vulgar threatening email, office of which I will send you a copy with this response.? ? Next most of her complaints have no basis in factThe comic books she says were stolen were never thereWe did not take anything to charity just some old sheets, pillowcases and a few towels maybe two shopping bags full and I told her that.? ? ? Second of all we did not give anything to family or friends, there were some items taken in exchange for salary bysome of the members that were working on the estate but the money for those items was put back in to the cash receipts by me.? ? The table and chairs that she's talking about was bought immediately the first day and marked not for sale as it already had been sold and I told her that also.? When you do an estate sale you always Mark the items at high wholesale prices and then as the day progresses you gradually reduce the price is down to the items sellThe first day-use stick to the prices that the items are marked the second day you reduce the price by 25% and the third day by 50% or best offer, that's just common industry practiceIf you mark items too low you'll never know how much you could have gotten for them.? ? As far as providing her a list of items and what they sold for I told her that we did not identify ? the prices marked down ? for anything under $And I did provide her with a list of prices for items that sold for over $including all of the items that she questioned me aboutWhat she also failed to tell you was that in sorting ? awesome costume jewelry we found a karat gold bangle bracelet that I called her about and return to her , so so much for her claim that we were dishonest it was about a $braceletShe didn't know we had it would have been easy to keep it but no I returned it to her.? ? As far as begging her to do the estate, we spoke with her one time ,I left her a business card, she called me.? ? As far as the items in the bottom of the china cabinet go, the China she wanted way more money than for it than you would have ever received for it , it was one of those sets from the sixties that you got from grocery stores one item at a timeIt was a set that would have brought maybe or $she wanted a $ so I left it in the bottom of the china cabinetI did not realize that there were other items in the bottom of the china cabinet nothing of any importance just some miscellaneous glassware.? ? Most of the items in the estate including the tools and most of the furniture was 50-years old and the estate had been pilfered to the point that most of the items that were left or old damaged and just miscellaneous like kitchen items and personal belongingsThe coins, jewelry ,the guns ,art glass, silver, it was all gone, as were the dumb comic booksShe's complaining about the dolls the dolls were all 1990-Chinese porcelain dolls cheap cheap cheap.? ? ? As to her statement that I kept items that were left after the sale was over I have no facility or room in which to store anything besides what was left over had little or no value anyway.? First let me say that this lady is nuttier than a brain-damaged goose, this complaint was generated because she sold me a pickup for $1,000 and I listed it for $2200 and at that point she went nuts and sent me a vulgar threatening email, office of which I will send you a copy with this...

response.   Next most of her complaints have no basis in fact. The comic books she says were stolen were never there. We did not take anything to charity just some old sheets, pillowcases and a few towels maybe two shopping bags full and I told her that.     Second of all we did not give anything to family or friends, there were some items taken in exchange for salary bysome of the members that were working on the estate but the money for those items was put back in to the cash receipts by me.    The table and chairs that she's talking about was bought immediately the first day and marked not for sale as it already had been sold and I told her that also.  When you do an estate sale you always Mark the items at high wholesale prices and then as the day progresses you gradually reduce the price is down to the items sell. The first day-use stick to the prices that the items are marked the second day you reduce the price by 25% and the third day by 50% or best offer, that's just common industry practice. If you mark items too low you'll never know how much you could have gotten for them.   As far as providing her a list of items and what they sold for I told her that we did not identify  the prices marked down  for anything under $25. And I did provide her with a list of prices for items that sold for over $25 including all of the items that she questioned me about. What she also failed to tell you was that in sorting  awesome costume jewelry we found a 14 karat gold bangle bracelet that I called her about and return to her , so so much for her claim that we were dishonest it was about a $500 bracelet. She didn't know we had it would have been easy to keep it but no I returned it to her.   As far as begging her to do the estate, we spoke with her one time ,I left her a business card, she called me.    As far as the items in the bottom of the china cabinet go, the China she wanted way more money than for it than you would have ever received for it , it was one of those sets from the sixties that you got from grocery stores one item at a time. It was a set that would have brought maybe 25 or $30 she wanted a $ 100 so I left it in the bottom of the china cabinet. I did not realize that there were other items in the bottom of the china cabinet nothing of any importance just some miscellaneous glassware.   Most of the items in the estate including the tools and most of the furniture was 50-60 years old and the estate had been pilfered to the point that most of the items that were left or old damaged and just miscellaneous like kitchen items and personal belongings. The coins, jewelry ,the guns ,art glass, silver, it was all gone, as were the dumb comic books. She's complaining about the dolls the dolls were all 1990-2000 Chinese porcelain dolls cheap cheap cheap.     As to her statement that I kept items that were left after the sale was over I have no facility or room in which to store anything besides what was left over had little or no value anyway.  I will try to attach the text messages that she sent me ,if not able to I will send them to you individually.      With kindest regards, [redacted]....
