say "In absence of gum disease." I have. attached a copy of the coupon. Once the comprehensive
exam and x rays were completed a diagnosis was made by the Doctor that the patient had periodontal
disease. A treatment plan was customized for her. She was given the option of taking care of the
periodontal disease or to have the cleaning that was offered on the coupon. She declined both
services. She was charged the $59.00.

Review: got coupon for teeth cleaning with exam for $59. After talking to Hygienist she disappeared for approx. 20 mins and the Dentist came in and asked me if I had been told I had gum disease. I said no. He then told me my gums were healthy except for 4 lower bottom teeth which would need a deep cleaning. I said I would get that later but for now I just wanted the regular cleaning. He said o.k. then left. The hygienist then came in and said I needed to clear something with the front office girl. The girl at the front office then came in and said I needed to sign paperwork which showed a price of over $200. I stated I just wanted the regular cleaning for the $59 on the coupon. She then said they would not be cleaning my teeth for that price and that all they could do was polish them. I told her I did not need polishing but cleaning and she said I owed them the $59 for the Doctor doing a visual. I kept explaining that I did not get the service I went there for and therefore did not owe them anything. She insisted that I owe the $59 and I told her they should have informed me up front that I would be charged even if no cleaning service was provided. I paid as she insisted I had to in front of other clients but told her I would file a complaint. I feel totally deceived and wasted an hour of my time plus $59 and did not get the service I needed. I don't want anyone else to go through this. I went there because I have no dental insurance and they offered a reasonable price.Desired Settlement: I need a refund and a warning to future clients stating they may be charged the $59 FEE EVEN IF SOUGHT SERVICE IS NOT PROVIDED.
