This letter is in regards to the above referenced complaint, ID number stated aboveAlthough Ms [redacted] may have presented to the office wanting her ANNUAL PREVENTATIVE EXAM she also presented with" breast pain"Our office policy when a patient has a complaint is to take care of the patients problem first, we then bring the patient back for there preventative examAnyone presenting to the office with a problem would not be considered PREVENTATIVE, therefore she was charged a regular office visit for her problem and asked to come back for her ANNUAL PREVENTATIVE EXAMThis is standard billing practiceAfter billing her Insurance Company in the correct manner she was diagnosed by my physician, they then decide in which way the patient is responsible to pay the providerIn regards to the LATE FEES, our system automatically assesses a fifteen late fee for every month a payment is not made to us by the patient once they are held responsibleI thank you for your time and consideration in this matterIf I can be of any further assistance to you please do not hesitate to contact me at the above stated numberRespectfully, Michelle Wyman Billing/Office Manager NCOBGYNInc
