On July Mrs [redacted] had made reservation over the phone for nights ( Aug 7-9, The most busy week of the year ) after she had calls us before , asked where we at ? room amenities ? a very soft spoking nice lady, When reservation is made by phone we do not ask email address, most guest who made reservation by phone they don't like there personal information show on the internet, and We do incorage guest booking the room by Internet , so the guest can have email confirmation also the cancelation confirmation ( to avoid this he say she says ) Since We don't have Mrs [redacted] Email address , and was never asked for email confirmationWe don't know how can we email confirmation? And We never received cancelation callOn Aug 7th we checking in all the reservations room at pm , except Mrs [redacted] room, we waited all evening, when so many phone call ask for the room , we did charge nights ( the reservation are for nights and cancelation are hours) then I call Mrs [redacted] leave message to let us know the arriven time ; At 10:pm Mr [redacted] called say He cancel the reservation with very angry voice, scream to me "You are Corrupt !Corrupt ! times Corrupt! I said , ok ! we will just charge for night ( it was too late to sale the room and we never did ) ; NO ! I am calling the Police right now ! I am only few street down from you ! ( not miles away , as he's letter said ) Sir ,We will be waiting for you , them He heng up the phoneI credit $ (nights) back at 11:pm Aug.7th the same night From time to time guest call so many hotel & motels make reservations and cancel the wrong motel, as this afternoon some one try to cancel the reservation, we can't find, why I call you number ? He ask me? Oh! I call your motel yesterday and you don't have vacancy ! He said The motel he reserved was mails awayIn July & Augevery room sales are our living hood to survive the 5-month long harsh winter in the northen woods; that way , some of the motel and cabin in the area ask weeks cancelation , after weeks they will charge all the reservation almuntMy wishs are : please Do more reserch then book online; and if you ask for respect, please respect others and be kind as will, scream at us just not nice [redacted] from North Coast Inn and Chalets

My bank has not allowed the charge to go through as of yet The bank said it will take about days to resolve this I did notice that my bank has recently credited my account with the amount of money in questioned On the flipside, North Coast Inn has not done anything to my knowledge to refund the charges or dismiss them I hope this makes sense? We don't know how can we email confirmation? And We never received cancelation call. On Aug 7th we checking in all the reservations room at 4 pm , except Mrs. [redacted] room, we waited all evening, when so many phone call ask for the room , we did charge 3 nights ( the reservation are for 3 nights and cancelation are 48 hours) then I call Mrs. [redacted] leave message to let us know the arriven time ; At 10:55 pm Mr. [redacted] called say He cancel the reservation with very angry voice, scream to me "You are Corrupt !Corrupt ! 5 times Corrupt! I said , ok ! we will just charge for 1 night ( it was too late to sale the room and we never did ) ; NO ! I am calling the Police right now ! I am only few street down from you ! ( not 13 miles away , as he's letter said ) Sir ,We will be waiting for you , them He heng up the phone. I credit $ 188.16 (2 nights) back at 11:30 pm Aug.7th the same night.

He ask me? Oh! I call your motel yesterday and you don't have vacancy ! He said The motel he reserved was 10 mails away. In July & Aug. every room sales are our living hood to survive the 5-6 month long harsh winter in the northen woods; that way , some of the motel and cabin in the area ask 2 weeks cancelation , after 2 weeks they will charge all the reservation almunt. My wishs are : please Do more reserch then book online; and if you ask for respect, please respect others and be kind as will, scream at us just not nice.
