We apologize for the resident's frustration with the parking po**cy of the community of which he **ves. The community's parking regulations require garages to be used in such a manner so as to accommodate the number of vehicles for which they were designed. The width measurements of his truck were...

obtained from the manufacturer of the vehicle, and they were compared against the garage width measurements. In addition, the resident further does not qua**fy for a parking permit because neither of his vehicle registrations were registered to his residential address at the community. Per the Parking Regs, all household vehicles MUST be registered to the residential address, otherwise a parking permit cannot be obtained.  We regret this resident's frustration and any inconvenience caused, but we are bound by the parking regulations we have been given to enforce. We would respectfully request that he ask to attend the next Board of Directors meeting to further discuss his parking status with them. The Board is the only authoritative body that can make exceptions, based upon case-by-case circumstances.
