Review: Please note scratches above. These were covered over my Armor All and Wax. They became apparent after my first car wash. This is one of the many CPO items that were not addressed. Please note the clear coat damage above the bumper trim. These damaged areas are clearly greater than one inch and should have been repaired prior to certifying the vehicle.Please note that in the picture that is attached for the rear bumper, the lower trim piece is attached to the bumper. Therefore given this fact the whole assembly needs to be replaced and repainted. Please note also the clear coat is peeling above the trim. This side of the bumper has been repainted incorrectly and the clear coat was not applied properly. The scratches and the clear coat damage were left unrepaired and covered over by your detail department. Please note that I am attaching within this document the estimate for the repair of the bumper and the cost of the car rental during repair of my roof, that I expect you to pay for using your [redacted], clearly this vehicle was not certified properly. The pictures speak for themselves. I expect that you will pay for the bumper repair and reimburse me for my rental expense. You have until March [redacted] to rectify this situation.Your agreement to the terms above is most expected and the ethical thing to do considering the condition in which my vehicle was delivered. I never signed the certification paperwork nor did I receive a copy of it as required at delivery and I did not get a chance to review it. Please see copies of RO paperwork for the repair work that was necessary after I took delivery on a CPO Vehicle from your dealership.Clearly [redacted], your technician, did not certify this vehicle correctly. He should be retrained and supervised when performing this important function.Desired Settlement: Reimbursement for repairs.
