North Coast Wireless Communications, LLC Reviews (3)

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
Thank you again for your timeThe response
from North Coast Wireless (NCW) does not address the original concerns reported to the Revdex.com, nor does it accurately describe their servicesFor example, the final paragraph of the letter written by NCW COM, LLC is addressed as "In regards to the removal of the equipment." Firstly, NCW states, "the arm of the mount is removed ." However, this is completely false, as you will find in the complaints made by myself, there is a picture with the "arm of the mount" still in placeSecondly, NCW states, "The cabling was also removed," again, this is entirely falseI do have a video that shows that the NCW merely clipped the cable and did not remove any cabling at allIn fact, there is cabling still attached to the side of my house (a grounded cat cable)The very idea that they claim they removed certain things, and yet I have submitted other proof to you and am able to continue providing more proofs, reveals the integrity of the letter from this company is in fact minimal at the least. As discussed with your representative, I was wiling to accept the installation of the equipmentI was merely disappointed that the installer did not place the dish where both he and I agreed for it to be placed and made a verbal agreement that it would be. As I have studied business law, I am aware a verbal agreement or even a handshake is considered to be a legally binding act and such agreements have been held as binding in the court of law. Again, I am mentioning this only because they have failed to mention this agreement and instead imply that I am merely being disgruntledWhile it is I did use NCW in July - September I did not pay for the serviceThe internet provided was through a barter between NCW COM and another business entityI did not own the house, but rented the house and did not have authority over the installationFurther, the installer, when setting up the service came into a verbal agreement with myself as to where the antenna arm would be installedIn this case, I asked for it to be on the North Side gable end fascia board, where the installer did in fact install itWhereas, the letter written by the NCW implies the installation was on the roof of the property, which was not the case at allWhen the installer came to my current home, I asked him to install on the fascia of the west side of my houseHe said that he is not allowed to do thatSo, asked that he install the plate through the roof on the front of the house, over the over hangHe agreed to the installation. I went inside, and removed a plate from the wall to fish the cat through the wallWhen the installer came inside, he said that he could not mount it thereNow, while I was unhappy with this, NCW is right, I did not complainThis in part because I respected the company and work with a previous employer who I still have a strong relationship with, and continue to work with their business entities todayIn fact, I used NCW not for price or product but because of their relationship with the businessHowever, after the customer service issues I had in regards to not receiving the internet (for whatever reason that was) is why I filed a complaint, not because of their installation.. Again, this may bring in the integrity of this document as their rebuttal and argument consists of unsupported reasons that are entirely falseI did make note on my previous complaint that NCW did in fact return some monies to me and waved the cancellation feeHowever, that brings me to the reason as to why I made the complaint in the first placeNCW again referenced the recommended speed from Direct TV to download and stream moviesWhile we did have mbs at the time I first called NCW, we agreed to up to 15mbs so that we could stream the internet. After the boost, we still were not able to use Direct TV the way both NCW and Direct TV said we should. Calling NCW back, I asked for them to send a technicianWhich, he said a man is coming to the area within the week and he would ask him to stop overHowever, the service man did not come, which I know because a close friend of mine said the technician asked about me when he serviced his houseI immediately called back NCW and was told by the same customer service agent, James, that nothing "warrants" (he mean justifies) the sending of a technicianWhen I mentioned him saying that he said he would send one out he became short with meAgain, NCW states they provided a "reflector shield" free of chargeThis reflector shield was provided when we paid for 5mbs of internet service and attempted to stream television through an apple tvThis shield was supposed to resolve the need to plug and unplug their equipment that continued to lose signal. To the best of my understanding, the reflector shield is a standard part of the services they provide and, according to James should have been installed during the initial visitTherefore, any charge of the reflector shield would be contrary to the original contract I signed as it is standard equipment they failed to installNeedless to say, this did not fully resolve the problem, but out of kindness, we chose not to complainIn conclusion, NCW states that nothing warrants any further compensationHowever, they did not address my complaint, which is the fact that I paid for certain speeds of internet, which according to the speed check their technician told me to use, I did not receiveWhen I called them, they advised us to change plans, and I changed plans twice, bumping up to 10mbs then to 15mbs and paid for the speedHowever, the services did not work and the speed test said I was recieving about 2mbs not 5, 10, or I was paying for or that NCW said was being sent to my house (which, I believe NCW was sending the signal, I was just not able to use it)When I called NCW I was told the speed check I was using was not accurate and they are sending a certain speedHowever, after checking his system he noted that I am not using the internet that I should be in ratio to what I was supposed to be receiving and said he would send a technicianHowever, the technician did not come out, and when I inquired as to why I was told "nothing warrants a technician." Therefore, after paying for the months of internet that I was supposed to receive but did not receive and was denied service to the internet I am asking for a full compensationPlease let me know if you would like the videos and pictures I tookThe files are large and I do not want to spend a lot of time sending them if they are not necessary
