North Coats Rentals

Landlord has not made any repairs on the rental. The ceilings are falling down in the bathroom and mold on the ceiling in the bedroom. There is a broken window that has been broken since we moved in to the rental and is still not repaired. There is another broken window that was broken after we moved in and it has not been repaired either. The rental is infested with roaches. Landlord advised he would buy some insect repellant and did not. The landlord only comes to ask for his money, he never fixes anything!Product_Or_Service: RentalDesired SettlementI would like my rent reduced, due to the landlord not making any repairs.
