In response to a legitimate complaint by the consumer *** ***As is customary with our business when we receive a credit card from a customer we pass it on to our supplier from which we purchased the equipment, and the secretary would have let the customer know this procedure, and
never before has there been a problem. Due to a change in secretary I 'm unsure myself about some of what happened, like why the supplier charged the customer $10,instead of the agreed upon price of $4,600, and because of the time that has now passed the supplier has no ideal eitherI do know when my secretary became aware of the mistake she did correct it according to the supplier, and the charges were removed. It was then some time latter without my knowledge or my secretary's knowledge that the incorrect charges were paid by DiscoverI am now just informed of this eight months later, and have been in contact with the customer, the supplier, and even Discover who will not talk to us only the customer (*** ***) in attempt to correct the problemWe are now waiting on a call from Mr*** and Discover on Wednesday the in hope of resolving this problemI do understand Mr***'s complaint with the financial side of this job, but for him to complain about the job itself is a bit baffling to me since installing a high efficient furnace, and high efficient air conditioner for $is unheard of in this businessI only did so because Mr*** is a friend of the son of a very good friend
