another project and there was just a communication breakdown.  And yes their are some extra's that need to be addressed on a T&M basis that clearly are not in the contract. As you know in construction not all is obvious to the  eye . I think the details will be worked out and no one ever said anything about not finishing the work. Thanks [redacted]
