I went to North Country as a primary OBGYN care providerI regret ever going to this facilityThe people at the front desk are very rude and untrainedThey answer my questions with a question as if I'm supposed to know how to do their jobAlmost all of the DrsAnd Certified nurses there are terribleESPECIALLY DrG*** she was THE WORSTThey don't seem like they know what they are doing there which makes me extremely nervousDrG*** attempted to tell me that my baby was on the left side of my stomache while touching that side when the right side of my stomache was bulging and obvious the baby was on the right NOT leftAny questions I had or concerns were always automatically dismissed by all of the nurses and drs there and I don't even get checked to see if I am dilated and I am due litterally any day nowThe appts are a waste of time because all they do is weigh you, take blood pressure and check the babys heart beatThen they ask how your feeling and when you tell them, they dismiss youI was told I was at high risk of preterm labor, but when I needed a form filled out stating so, they refused to sign itYou don't get just DrThat you can bond with and establish a relationship withYou have to come to terms that any it in that establishment is going to deliver your babyThat itself is terrifying because no one really act like they know what they are doingDO NOT EVER EVER EVER GO THERE!!!! HORRIBLE PLACE!!! UNLESS YOU LIKE TO DEAL WITH RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND IMPROPERLY TRAINED PEOPLE!!!!! I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!!!!

Somewhere near 30 days ago I received a voice mail message from a collection agency representing North Country Healthcare indicating something was remiss with my account and I should call ([redacted]) [redacted]. I called the number and spoke with a person who stated I had a balance outstanding on my account of $16.06. I stated I would be happy to pay this amount, and please send me a bill, since I had not received any statement from them showing an outstanding balance.
Today (10-07-2016) I received another voice mail message indication my account was remiss. I had not received a bill as requested above. I tried to call the number as before and was notified it had been disconnected. I then proceed to the North Country Healthcare unit located in Williams, AZ. Here I was advised that my outstanding balance was $16.06. This amount was paid via a check. I was further informed that the billing agent for this facility does not send statements to individuals if the amount is less than $25.00, but they do what might be considered questionable phone calls. How is an individual to know they have an outstanding balance if no statement is sent or received? Is this legal?
