We have the invoice that is paid and the warranty information ready for the complaintant, *** *** We took care of the job and they are cooling We allowed her to make payments over months We have mailed the warranty and paid invoice to customer We are hoping it gets
to them ASAP There was no need to contact Revdex.com for this matter This delivery of invoice and her payments attached will take care of this minute issue.Gabe M***.Owner....not sure who she talked to but it WAS NEVER me and I would have fixed this same day

Butler M-K has been in constant contact with Mrs*** throughout the duration of this issueOur motor was ordered from the factory for herWe have not and will not put off any customer due to us just wanting toIf I had the motor on the day we went out to service the unit we would've
changed it thenIt is unfortunate that the temps are warmer in Indy throughout the duration of this job but, I cannot make something appear that is not available to meAs soon as we get the motor we are going to change it

Customer called us direct looking for a motor.  We found the correct motor and sold it to him.  It is not the responsiblity of Butler M-K that purchaser does not know how to install the motor. It is a direct match from the supplier if you follow the schematics on the installation...

directions..  He told us he purchased a new unit because he could not figure out how to install a motor. and per his verbal call in, His wife wanted him to return the motor.  If he knows how many wires the motor has, he has had to taken the motor out of the box and there is no warranty or returns once that happens.  He was told and was fully aware of the issue.  Per the phone conversation with Mr. [redacted], Sam was not rude and went out of the way to help someone who was over his head in fixing it himself.    If the motor has NOT been opened at all, Mr. [redacted] can return(1 time).  But, the only way he knows it has 3 wires is from opening the box.
