In your complaint, your desired settlement is below:The resolution to this problem would be to confirm that the money charged was used to replace the "list of broke parts" that was given to me. If they did not buy the parts and fixed it in house, I would like a refund. Most importantly, it would be great to know that future customers that purchase an ATV tour are given thorough instructions on how to operate an ATV, offered insurance, check all gauges and inspect the ATV before use for any unknown damages.You will find attached the following:Your Revdex.com Complaint #[redacted] and Resolution Request.Signed Rental Agreement "Agreement to Rent Equipment".Signed Liability Release Form.ATV Safety Check List from your trip.[redacted] Invoice for replacement parts of your damaged ATV (please note the the parts were ordered, picked up and paid for by North Country Rivers).Signed Credit Card authorizing North Country Rivers to process your credit card for all damages. Please note, per your request, we processed your [redacted] credit card ending in ([redacted]).Receipt of  your [redacted] credit card charged ([redacted]). The charge totaled $767.21. The attached invoice for parts paid for and picked up by North Country Rivers totaled $628.70, labor was 4 hours at $35 per hour ($140), the total for parts and labor was $768.70. Please note the Polaris dealer rate for labor is $95 per hour, your bill was calculated at $35 per hour.In response to your desired settlement:The  attached documentation supports the fact that the money charged on your credit card was used to purchase the list of damaged parts that was given to you by North Country Rivers. North Country Rivers provides through instructions to all guests on all ATV tours. The attached "ATV Safety Checklist" was used on your ATV tour and is used on all ATV Tours. The ATV tours are led by registered [redacted] guides with extensive experience.
