Review: ehicle was left at North Country Transmission on 8/*/2015.
It needed a new transmission. We were called in November to pick up the car. Since it was not registered we had it towed to our home in Kings Park. We did not register the car until February **, 2016. We would start the car once a week to make sure the car ran.
Once we got it registered we drove it one day. It started to stall. Then would not start. We jumped it and took it to a mechanic in Kings Park at the Shell station on 25A, he took two days to go over the car and he said it was the transmission. Giving us the following codes
[redacted] transmission sensor, salonoid assembly [redacted] press control solonoid circuit high.
The car is dead at the Shell station.
We then called Mount Sinai transmission. The owner was going to look up the paper work no return call.
Called back again he was busy no return call.
My husband called he then proceeded to say there was no such codes
He did not know if it was under warranty.
We have been getting the run around when apparently it is a transmission problem.Desired Settlement: At this point we would either like a refund or the repair done correctly but now we do not trust that it will be done or no other damage will be done to the car.
