complete the siding, you can't get ahold of anyone, so she had to hire
someone else

ROOF
No ice and water shield installed per Ohio code
Drip edge is installed on top of felt
Shingles are nailed above asphalt strip
Step flashing was not replaced
Shingles are damaged on rake edges from pump jacks
Drip edge does not counter gutter(see gaps)
Drip edge missing in areas
Recommend replacement

1/4" fan fold insulation installed and the contract states 1"
Large gap(approx1/2") between fascia and gutter allowing weather and critters into attic
Downspouts are unattached from gutter
Gutter fasteners are not installed into trusses
Many pieces of siding are not "locked in"
J channel and other trim are not cut in a uniform fashion or tight to base
Only sides of home has siding installed and some portions of front porch are incomplete
Debris remains in the front yard
