customers.I checked our call detail recorder and see no outbound calls from any of our customers being made to***. What ise telephone number showing up on your caller ID? I suspect that someone is spoofing their caller ID to make it appear like it is one of our customers or whomever told you the telephone number was assigned to one of our customers was simply incorrect. When you provide me with the caller ID, I can attempt to do further research.Sadly, the large local exchange carriers like *** and *** are not taking the necessary steps to stop robocalls. they have the ability to trace the call and see what phone company really sent the call.thank your your courtesy and cooperation
