North County Cosmetic and Implant Dentistry

Review: After attending an appointment on or about August 13th my dentist made it aware that I was in need of my wisdom teeth to be removed. Upon conclusion of my appointment I was brought to the receptionist where she called my insurance agency (United Concordia Tricare Dental Program) where they confirmed via telephone that they would cover the procedure. Under my insurance policy the remaining amount to be paid to the dentist was to be 678.08, which I made in four installments of 169.52 monthly.The appointment for my surgery was made on September 13th, 2012.It is now April 22, 2012 and North County Implant Dentistry said that between the insurance agency and themselves the remaining amount is not covered any more and that my family and I are responsible for the bill.I would have never had this surgery done unless the insurance agency was going to cover it. My family and I by no means can afford to pay nearly $2000.00 for surgery that was confirmed to be covered by staff at this buisness.I would like the Revdex.com to contact either the insurance agency or the Dentistry office to assist my family and I in closing this matter out. I do not feel that I should be held responsible for the paperwork and administrative mistakes that were made by either establishment.Desired Settlement: I would like the Revdex.com to contact either the insurance agency or the Dentistry office to assist my family and I in closing this matter out.
