If the company responded to you directly due to Revdex.com intervention, we ask that you notify us immediately so we may record an accurate disposition of your case.” The company did respond and refunded the charge.  They did not admit any wrongdoing but I feel that at least the refund is an admission that they recognized there was a problem and acted to resolve it.  Thanks for your intervention which I feel made the company take the complaint more seriously.  Best regards, [redacted]Complaint #[redacted]
