I ordered a product and months later have not received itThis company has ignored all emails amd calls and refuses to refund

On Tuesday Nov 22, 2016, I ordered five military messenger canvas bags from an online offer of Savings TreeThey were giving the bags free except for shipping costI was charged $for shipment of the bags
On Wednesday Nov 23, I received a order confirmation emailMy order number is The e-mail told me they were getting my order ready for shipping and they would notify me when it has been sentI received no further notices from the company
I ordered the bags as Christmas gifts for my family so when I realized I had not received the bags by Dec I sent an email to the company at [email protected] and then again to [email protected] got no reply from either emailsI also called the given number ***, left message and received no call backAs of today, Jan7, 2017, I have not received the products ordered or any information from the My Savings Tree Company

I ordered from this company onlineThey withdrew my payment from my checking account and never sent the product orderedThey have not responded to any of my emails either

in December I ordered a Military Messenger canvas Bag from this company I paid the shipping cost(which they took out of my account the next day) I have still not received my product I have tried calling, emailing, and Facebooking them multiple times and have received no responseThis has been going on for months now

I ordered and paid for merchandise from this company and have not received itI have tried to contact this company on numerous occasions (to include Facebook messages, posts, emails, and Postal mailAll communications have been refused or blockedI am only out $but this should be looked into

I ordered a Military Messenger Canvas Bag in blue from this company Savings Tree advertised on Face Book I paid for it on 1/16/I have not received it yetI email them several times and called them leaving many messagesThey have yet to reply on my order #I then look them up on Revdex.com and found out there are others who did the same thing with this companyAlso they advertised it as free on FB but when I looked it up on there web site it was free shipping not a free bagI liked it and it was only $so I bought it anywayI just want what I bought and paid forThank you

It is both a delivery issue as well as a customer service issueI ordered the product (carrier bag) on December 6th, was charged for it on December 7th and here it is February 20th and still no productI have left voice messages, e-mailed the company times and posted on their Facebook page times and have yet to hear a thing from the company!

The business promoted on Facebook that it was giving away free product and was just charging shippingSo I availed of a number of products and was notified accordingly that I would have to wait 2-weeks for deliverySo I placed my order, paid online and waitedThat was October 4th of this yearIt is now November 4th, and I have yet to get a response from the numerous emails I have sent requesting followup and status of the orderI attempted to contact them on Facebook and nobody respondedI am beyond upsetI also tried the number on their website and it goes straight to an unattended voicemail that apparently isn't even theirsMy order number is #on their system

Savings Tree offers products for free, in my case a canvas messenger bag, and you pay shipping costs only and they will mail you the productI did so and my order # is My order was confirmed and on 1/I emailed them and asked when it would be shippedI still have not received my orderI would like the bag or a refund asap

Regarding my "ORDER #6215" (Tactical Waist Bag) which I ordered on Sept21,
has yet to arriveI have tried email Savings Tree 7-times and they have Never responded to my emailsI have called them & they never called me backIt has been monthsPart of my order arrived, which was the Military Messenger Canvas Bag(arrived last month) I Paid $USD for this order, but only received HALF of the order!!
This company's" LACK of Customer Service & Support" is very disturbing and stressful

On December 20, 2016, I placed an order for a sholder bag I thought how convienient one would be for my daughter so on January 11, 2017, I placed another order for herBoth orders were "confirmed" after purchaseNeedless to say, nither showed upI waited weeks and reviewed the "tracking" and nothing was foundOn March 5, 2017, I received an email stating my first order was on its way, but several weeks passed and still no productWhen checking the status of the second order it wouldnt show any kind of trackingSo I began trying to call the company and emailed the receipt etc to the company along with phone calls asking for someone to please contact me back..........no response And now appearently the web site is no longer active

Took my money and never sent the productThey don't return calls or respond to emails Credit card company has been notified and I urge others to do the same
