The technician responded to an after hours service call of no hot water at Mr [redacted] s addressHe found that the wires that connect the electric water heater to the breaker panel had the insulation melted off to about four inches from the end of the wires To anyone with any sense, this would throw up a red flag that something is wrong electricallyApparently, Mr [redacted] and his omniscient HVAC technician, did not see this red flagThe fact that the circuit breaker repeatedly tripped and the fact that there was enough heat generated in the circuit to melt the wiring, the technician felt that it would be best to consult a qualified electrician to investigate the cause of this condition because that is what most electricians are trained to doI guess the electrician that Mr [redacted] consulted can diagnose problems without even looking at the equipment...Truly amazingThe electrician stated that "(the) problem was in no way related to an electrical problem"If the wires are melted and the breaker trips repeatedly, how is it not an electrical problem? Any fool could have stripped back the wires that were melted, reconnected them, and simply walked awayApparently Mr [redacted] found one to do just thatWe choose not take any chances with our customers safety and have seen many intermittent electrical problems and we would rather not have somebodys residence burn down, which may explain why "we are still in business"My technician did not care that it was Friday night and would have been happy to stay longer at times his regular pay rate As to the service charge, I was recently referred by my PCP to an ENT specialist and I still had to pay my PCP for the office visitI did not complain It's interesting to note that as far as we know, Mr [redacted] was not present during our visit and the technician tried to call him to see how he wanted to proceed and he couldn't be reachedWhen he did call the office staff, he kept talking over themYou can not discuss something with somebody who is not willing to listen Thank you for the chance to respond Sincerely, [redacted]

It's interesting to note that as far as we know, Mr. [redacted] was not present during our visit and the technician tried to call him to see how he wanted to proceed and he couldn't be reached. When he did call the office staff, he kept talking over them. You can not discuss something with somebody who is not willing to listen.
