your warranty and already needed to replace the battery in your RZR.I expect that work to be completed fairly soon. To circle back on the processing of your warranty that seemed to be the biggest area of your frustration that had already been fixed by the time I initially got involved with your concerns. The lack of processing was not one of Peoria’s store employees but, one with the admin side of things with the warranty processing.Either way I do acknowledge the issue is our responsibility and I apologize for you having to experience what you did.
