In the case of [redacted] , I have investigated this matter with the assistance and full cooperation of the sales, finance, and service staff at the North East Auto CreditMs [redacted] alleges that her vehicle has had mechanical issues since purchasingAs a result, she would like for the dealership to exchange the vehicle or to provide her with a refund Ms [redacted] purchased a Chevrolet Cobalt on May 18, from North East Auto Credit The vehicle is covered by a month or 30,mile service contract which mainly covers the major components of the power trainWhile the dealership understands that dealing with any mechanical issue can be frustrating: a used automobile, like any mechanical device that is subject to wear and tear, will require regular maintenance and repairs in order to ensure its continued useService records indicate that the dealership has previously performed non-covered services at no charge to Ms [redacted] Upon receipt of her complaint, our service department immediately contacted Ms [redacted] and scheduled her to bring the vehicle in for repair on June 27, Ms [redacted] dropped the vehicle off to the service center, and was provided a complimentary substitute vehicle to drive while the service center diagnoses and repairs her vehicleThe service center noted all of Ms [redacted] ’ concerns, and will perform repairs to correct the conditions that she is complaining of at no chargeFinally, Ms [redacted] ’ vehicle will inspected by the management team to ensure that the repairs are accurate, complete, and effective North East Auto Credit strives to achieve the complete satisfaction of each and every customer The dealership was sorry to learn of Ms [redacted] ’ dissatisfaction as expressed in her complaint to your office The dealership will continue to accommodate Ms [redacted] to the best of our abilities, and hope to move forward amicably in our relationship with her

vehicleYou then signed the contract thereby agreeing to said price at time of sale including whatever interest the bank that is financing you is charging you. In regards to the feature listed on the site, we have a disclaimer stating "It is the customer’s sole responsibility to verify the existence and condition of any equipment listedNeither the dealership nor eBizAutos is responsible for misprints on prices or equipmentIt is the customer’s sole responsibility to verify the accuracy of the prices with the dealer, including the pricing for all added accessories." Prior to the sale you were also afforded the opportunity to review any and all features on the vehicle, hire a third party inspector to inspect the vehicle or have amechanic look over the vehicle.At no point were you coerced into buying a vehicle you did not want and you were afforded every opportunity to check any features that you wanted on the vehicleWe cannot be held liable for a contract that you signed purchasing the vehicle as we did not mislead you in anywayEverything is stated plainly and clearly in your contractThank you and please feel free to reach out to me at your convenience. *** ***

Once again if he were paying attention not once did I state that he DID take money from my accountI called and called and seen no results I then filed a complaint here and that what when they decided to call me back after they knew I filed a complaint...It shouldnt of come to that point I i suppose I should of just let them take the money out of my account so that I would of had a real strong case against themYes the payment was figured out after all of this headache having to take place but in no way was it a misunderstanding and I believe he can agree with me on that since he felt it was necessary to have Dan talk to the Employees there on how to handle situations like the one I was forced to experienceThe lady there could of easily ran my payment through manually instead she got an attitude and said she couldnt help me, I understand thats not you but it is who represents your companyThere was no misunderstanding on my part this is 100% as a result from your companies misunderstanding and poor customer serviceI worried weeks that I was going to be in a financial hardship because all of this money was supposedly going to be taken from me, I lost sleep over this I have kids do you know what its like to worry that im gonna be short on money because of someone elses ignorance? I just want you to admitt this was a problem with in your company either from them not knowing the proper protocol ( what you had dan talk with the employees there about) or just poor customer service which the ladies that answer the phone display.
