To whom it may concernThe Customer listed to ID# [redacted] ([redacted]) is whom the below is described and elaborated on. Customer signed on five separate forms the vehicle was being sold AS-IS At the time of purchase Customer was offered an extended warranty/service contract, which was also declined....

Enclosed is a copy of signatures.Over a period of approximately 2 months customer maintained in their possession the listed vehicle. Customer accumulated thousands of miles on vehicle in this time frame. The exact number of miles in which she put on the vehicle was 4,301. If this were 3 rental vehicle out of our rental fleet the fees alone would be over $2,280 @ @$ 38/day, plus a fee for overage on mileage. We advised customer we would schedule the listed vehicle into our shop and diagnose the issues for her at her convenience. This was explained to customer on several phone calls. We also said we were doing this out of good faith to help out a valued customer. We also advised her that she does not have an extended warranty, and she would be responsible for any repairs that she advises us or any other shop on. Named customer was totally fine with this and then explained she would take care of this at a local repair facility near her, rather than drive back to dealership. We assumed here that everything was ok at this pointCustomer then weeks later dropped off her vehicle at the dealership took her plate off and said she didn't want the vehicle. We advised her again at the time we would diagnose and check out her vehicle free of change and advise her of any findings. We checked over the mentioned vehicle, scanned for any codes and cleaned and detailed her vehicle for her. Since our last conversation with the customer approx. over a month ago, mentioned customer has not responded to any of our dozens of phone calls or voicemails. In addition, we also advised lending bank of the same. Attached are copies of all AS-IS forms, as well as the items she wanted checked over. We also printed out for her some helpful references about her vehicle. These were taken from a reputable website that helps customers with questions about maintenance and handling of their chosen vehicle. We take great pride in trying to understand each and every customer's situations and try to the best of our ability to assist every customer with any and all concerns. We regret we have an unhappy customer, however we feel we have been extremely understanding and as helpful as any dealer cg^-be in this particular manner.Sincerely,NEL Auto Sales

Review: Purchased car in August 2013 and used for work and going to my cancer treatments. In January having problems with car and took it to [redacted]. Phone ####-###-####. They did a Vehicle Scan and advised me to get in touch with the seller immediately car has major problems with the tranny and a power steering leak. The charge for this was $109.13. I called North East Locators and was told to drive the car slow and they would get back to me in 2 weeks. I've called several more times since and they never returned any calls. 2/14/124 @ 10:00am called North Star Locators spoke to a [redacted], told him took car off insurance as of 2/21/14 and they can come and get the car. [redacted]'s response, "that's your problem, it's now your car". Called [redacted] @ 2:00pm spoke with a [redacted] gave her that information. My car payments were $357.20 monthly and I never missed a paymentDesired Settlement: At this time I want just my money back so I can by a reliable car. I am now paying a fellow employee to take me to work.
