North East Music Expo

I entered into a contract with [redacted] "[redacted]" [redacted] to perform at the New York Music & Talent Showcase. I paid my entrance fee plus an additional [redacted] for pictures and video. These items were promised 2 to 4 weeks after the event. When the time came to receive the items they were not received. I contacted [redacted] and he promised delivery but when there were further delays I simply requested a refund. Complaint[redacted] had a contract with me to play in a event, failed to come through, and promised to refund me and never has.Hi there my name is [redacted] and I am looking for assistance with a guy named [redacted]. He had an event set up for this last September called New York music and talent showcases. I was signed up to play the event and he ended up canceling on me. I paid $750 to get into the event and kept asking for my money back in which he said he would give back by the end of March. For the past few months now till recently I have had no way to contact him because he took down the site and changed his phone number. I have been in contact with [redacted] who he also had trouble with [redacted] and he gave me his number to contact him. For the past week and a half I have been trying to get him to send me my money and he says he will but doesn't come through. So [redacted] told me to contact you to see if you could help me out I have papers that I signed for the event and all the paypal records with the amount I sent him.
