Review: This contractor used unlicensed electrician and did not complete the renovation work. The company placed a mechanic lien on my business & send the notification to my landlord. The work started in beginning of October, the contractor did not come back to complete the services. His staff 'BROKE IN" into my space by remove the whole door & hinge to get to my space to do the work without my permission & awareness of the situation until two days later. My privacy has been invaded. In additional the installation of circuit breaker is NOT SAFE & according to the Code. Here are the list outstanding incomplete works:1. U Studio Hot Yoga ON/OFF Switcher installation, it is Not in code & safe to turn on/off on the circuit breaker. Each machine must have it switch on/off. It must be corrected.2. Room 501 Door bell & outlet at right side are not working. It was working prior you install the lighting fixtures.3. Room 502 ethernet cable not working4. Bathroom door is disaster5. Room 500 need to replace the hinge6. Door lock installation on room 503 He need to come in to fix the circuit breaker to be compliance with the Code of Dept of Building.Desired Settlement: Here are the list outstanding incomplete works:1.
