I am rejecting this response because:
the amount sent is not enough to cover all expenses necessary to complete the repair. The amount sent only covers the costs to repair the floor. That's like paying for the parts to fix the car but not the mechanic to do the work. The furniture needs to be removed and stored so the job can be started. We need to stay at a hotel so our 20 month old daughter doesn't breathe in all the dust and chemicals and my wife and I don't want to do that either. Sincerely,[redacted]
