First of all the weather had nothing to do with the job being completed weeks lateIt did not rain for weeks straight. The cutting of the wood was agreed to before the job commenced This was not as “courtesy“ as this is what was agreed upon during my initial talk with ***, as we looked at the tree, in my yard. I believe I can go back and obtain the phone discussion that was held on June 12th, were he stated, “you better pay me or else...”A job that gets completed three weeks late may be an acceptable practice for you, it is not to me. That’s the bottom line and why I am contacting the Revdex.com Regards,

The original contract for this job was completed with the exception of one stump that needed grindingThis portion of the job was put on hold due to weather conditions Once the weather was on our side, we returned to grind the stump The customer asked that we leave the wood to save on the original quote so we discounted the job for him The customer contacted us on occasions to cut the wood in smaller pieces, which was not included in the original quote, but we did go back twice to cut it in smaller pieces for him, at our expense We did not charge him to do this, it was done as a courtesy to the customer At no time was he ever threatened by ***, the sales person *** went to collect for the completed job and the customer requested another discount and was told at that time there would be no discount and he needed to pay the amount agreed upon There was never any threat made to this customer, he was just asked to pay the agreed amount according to the contract and was not charged any extra fees for the additional cutting of the wood This was done as a courtesy

The situation that occurred in Mr. [redacted]'s neighborhood was one of hundreds of devastatingevents due to the tremendous wind storm of 8/4/2105.  North-Eastern Tree Service was hired by [redacted] of [redacted] to remove a storm damaged tree at **...

[redacted]   ** (see Property "C"  below).  The tree was rooted in Property "A" and had fallen into Property "C" and also the property owed by Mr. [redacted] at 37 Pine Street (Property "B").  There was tree debris in all three properties.  Our client [redacted] hired us to take care of only Property "C".  We did offer our services to Mr. [redacted] at Property "B" but he did not want to pay for our services.  Now it seems he wants his tree debris removed for free and chose to develop these false accusations that we have "...poor work practices" by leaving debris in his yard. This debris is a result of an act of God.  We did not leave, drop or allow to fall any part of the tree that was not there already.  We would be happy to service Mr. [redacted] if he were to honorably hire us and compensate us for our services.  Otherwise we consider this an erroneous claim...

I have read the silly response to the complaint that I have filed.  The Bureau may contact the homeowners of [redacted] are the names , [redacted] and [redacted] are the phone numbers respectively.  They couldn't believe the job that was done and would attest to the tree ending up in my yard at the end of the day.  (that would be when the work crews were finished) [redacted] actually feels terrible and plans to have his brother -in -law clear the tree left behind by North Eastern.  He felt the tree would be cleared by his insurance, not pushed off his fence into his neighbors yard.  My yard was cleared the day of the storm , right to the boundary line so I could access my trash bins.  Thank youRegards,
[redacted]

I am in the process of investigating this complaint and will email you with the details.  Thank you,[redacted].

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted].  Regards,

When I called back, I said I did not find the card, reiterated that I was on the lookout for the service technitions and did not see them, and, contrary to their assertion did not authorize anything. When I subsequently spoke with a business representative he indicated that he would "take care of the bill". If this is the case, that is if he cancelled the charge, my complaint is moot.

On 7/3/15 at approximately 3:00 pm, [redacted], Manager of our Plant Health Care division called the [redacted] residence at [redacted] to notify them we'd be spraying their property for Mosquito/Tick Application.  At 3:24 pm we proceeded to their...

property, performed our PHC duties then left at 3:52 pm.  Sometime thereafter, Mr. [redacted] called our office to question whether we were there or not and if we left a service card.  We put him in touch with the PHC technician that was on his property who told Mr. [redacted] exactly where we had left the service card then went on to further describe exactly what we did, the path on his property we took and the detailed layout of what we witnessed.  Mr. [redacted] then found the card and approved the work.  Strangely thereafter he was back speaking with Manager [redacted] when he accused us of not being there.  [redacted] explained how the Technician had spoken to him directly, left a service card and described his property exactly and did he not remember this.  Mr. [redacted] then accused us of making it up and suggested [redacted] another Sales Manager in the Tree Department told the PHC Technician what his property looked like.  This is a preposterous accusation that we find very offensive. Finally, [redacted] spoke to Mr. [redacted] saying if he was unhappy with the work, we'd return to re-spray just to keep him happy.  By way of documentation, we are enclosing Mr. [redacted] Invoice  showing our Application date of 7/3/2015 as well as our GPS report showing our PHC 2 Freightliner on Mr. [redacted] property on the day in question.
