I have been a customer of Nirth End for many yearsSadly I will NEVER go there againI could make a long list of complaints from the rude reception to [redacted] in dealing with our appliance problem but will just summarize quickly our most recent issueWe bought a new fridge - including the best warrantyDelivery was messed up twice - waited months to get the right fridgeThen the fridge never worked right - not keeping food cold, ice problem etcWe paid for service a number of timesNo resolutionFinally we visited North End and wanted help as our fridge was still new? We paid dollars for a fridge that didn't work? They told us to contact GE ourselves - even though we had already done thatWe expressed that not one service call ever fixed anything and asked if he had a record of how many times they had sent their service person(s) out so we could get help from GEHe refused to give us that information telling us that just because someone came out it doesn't mean its a service call and then was rude: telling us we should be careful how we speak to GE clearly suggesting that we were the problem? My husband and I were polite from the beginning unlike North End repsPerhaps too polite? They did not help, they were defensive and franky rude [redacted] We ended up purchasing another new fridge elsewhere which is ridiculous!

Then the fridge never worked right - not keeping food cold, ice problem etc. We paid for service a number of times. No resolution. Finally we visited North End and wanted help as our fridge was still new? We paid 4000 dollars for a fridge that didn't work? They told us to contact GE ourselves - even though we had already done that. I just moved to the area. While renovating my home I visited North End Appliances twice. Once to choose my 6 appliances ([redacted]) and the next time to give them $8300.00.
Unfortunately I have had issues with 3 out of my 6 purchases. This is not North End Appliance fault but their responsibility is to my warranty.
First call for my fridge went well. My next call for trouble with my stove and washing machine. [redacted]. He challenged me about the warranty. Once he checked the file he organized a service call. They had to order parts for the washing machine. I called them 2 weeks later to have the same guy accuse me that they didn't have a way to contact me?? [redacted] They have 2 phone numbers on my file.....one that is out of service BUT the first contact number was my cell which they didn't try?
I will never shop at North End Appliance again!
