Review: As soon as my contract was up, this esco quadrupled my electric rate. It took 2 months to start up another contract for the lower rate. I called the company to complain after receiving the first higher bill and naturally they had an excuse. [redacted] who answered the phone said that she'll speek with billing. I called the company again after receiving the second higher bill. After much arguing, [redacted] said she'll talk to her manager. I called back a few days later and asked what the outcome was. She said that she didn't speek to the manager yet, nor did she speek to billing because she's too busy, the manager is busy, and she forgot about billing. The consumer has lost their leverage by having the utility co. collecting the esco's bill. We can not pay only the delivery charge and not the electric usage charge. Don't pay the bill and they'll shut you down. I would like to pay the delivery portion only and then have leverage aganist the esco. Then watch how fast they'll call. The price of resourses used to generate electricity are declining. Coal,Wind,Solar,Natural Gas,Crude Oil, and I don't know about Nuclear.Desired Settlement: I can understand a small increase, but not 400%. Refund me back 290% of the useage part of the bill. Return your phone calls. Say what you mean and Mean what you say!

Review: I have a email saying I have a fixed rate of .0889 until 07/**/2014. I'm being charged a variable rate. Spoke to customer service. Customer service states will issue refund for months that I was billed at a variable rate. No refund and still paying a variable rate.Desired Settlement: refund for months that I paid a variable rate and my fixed rate reinstated
