North Face Contractors is a terrific company. They were highly recommended to us by friends, and we highly recommend them also. This contractor is a professional, experienced group that checks every box: reliable, trustworthy, accurate, knowledgeable about products and options, detail-oriented, easy and pleasant to work with. All the people at North Face work smoothly together as a team, from Tony and Andrea, to Jonathon, Tino, and Edgar, plus Stephanie and Andee. North Face did a beautiful, professional job installing our windows, and they worked effectively with our insurance company to cover the hail damage. Altogether we had an excellent experience with them. Every employee keeps appointments, responds to emails, returns phone calls, arrives on time, works efficiently. We would definitely hire North Face Contractors again.

In August 2018 the Broadmoor Bluffs area of SW Colorado Springs experienced a devastating hailstorm that caused millions in damage to area homes. Shell-shocked owners in the Broadmoor Park neighborhood turned to the HOA for help. As an HOA officer, I invited Tony Swan of North Face Contractors and several other restoration tradesmen to meet with our 82 homeowners to discuss the process for roof, gutter, window, stucco and deck repair/replacement. Homeowners were ultimately responsible for their own property repairs and engaged various companies to undertake the work.
Some companies specialize in roofing, leaving homeowners to arrange and manage other repairs on their own. North Face Contractors excels in all aspects of storm damage restoration. NFC offers expert assistance with insurance claims and excellent overall project management. I observed that homeowners who worked with NFC were among the first to be fully restored.
NFC’s work on my home was exemplary! NFC is large enough to manage multiple projects, yet small enough to pay attention to every detail of your project.

When the August 2018 hail storm hit our home with serious damage to our roof- and windows, we didn't know where to turn. An acquaintance suggested we give Tony *** at North Face Contractors a call. Tony was very patient and detailed in giving us the process we would to through with the insurance company and later the replacement phase. Tony is a super sales person, but what separated him from many sale people, is that he kept every promise he made down to the finest detail. He came by the work site frequently, his sub-contractors were great, it was obvious they respected and liked working for him. If there was a question or concern, Tony was quick to respond. We couldn't be more positive about our experiences with Tony *** and North Face Contractors.

This company did my roof and did a great job. In fact they did at least 28 homes in my HOA. I am also going to use them for a deck redo. Mr. Tony *** is honest and reliable. He is quick at getting back to you for any questions and/or concerns. I highly recommend him and his company.
