I am writing in response to the complaint filed against my business from *** *** Unfortunately Mrs *** is not being honest and her statement is mostly untrue Yes I have been in constant contact with the HOA, they have sent letters and had meetings with members, about what
happened and how it would be resolved. So she did know that we had reseeded it Yes it was true grass seed and NOT weeds that was reseeded. Does it remotely make any sense that we would reseed with weeds? I am not even aware that you can buy weed seeds. I would be happy to provide her with certified tests of the seed we use The water schedule was changed to times per day not timesThe board also let the members know that I had talked with the City and the additional water usage would be around $per month with septic fees and if anyone needed reimbursed $please contact me. Does she even have access to the controller to know how many times it is scheduled to run? NO response? I have talked to *** on the phone, visited her site and left a message about treating her lawn. She said I have not responded yet she knew I was coming to look and then said she got my message that I would be treating the lawn. Claims I have not responded yet knew I was coming to see the site and then would be treating it. I am not sure why someone would be so dishonest. I have been in constant contact with the HOA, which has directed us to deal only with them, not the tenants. We are reseeding year old lawns that where mostly weedsI have pictures of lawns that did not get sprayed and ones that did after. We have reseeded all lawns. We have also let the HOA know we would be treating the broad leaf weeds and grasses as the weather cooled so it doesn’t damage the new grass As you can see the only part of her letter that has any fact is that we indeed, by mistake, sprayed her lawn. At any time, she would like a refund on the water, please have her stop by my office for a complete refund. We will continue to work with the HOA and rectify this issue. And make sure all lawns are back to better than original condition. Even those who chose to be dishonest and file and untrue claims against my company

All the board leaf grass has been treated as promised. The pictures attached are not resent. Not sure what the first picture is? Who would randomly take a picture of their grass? I will stop tomorrow and take a recent picture and access the lawn for any additional care. I contacted *** and will not listen to someone yell at me then hang up. That is not adult conversation. I will do as advised by the HOA and deal soley with them. Thank you,

Good afternoon, I am responding to a claim filed against my company.  This is a HOA with 92 homes.  We had accidently sprayed many homes lawns with the wrong spray.  We have been working with the HOA to fix all homes.  The home in this claim was NOT sprayed.  We have been...

told by the HOA to only mow this yard and no spraying.  The HOA has a restraining order against [redacted] and we are not to even talk to her.  I have taken pictures of her lawn after the others were sprayed to prove it was not sprayed and its original condition.  I have never heard anything about sick dogs or been contacted by Mrs. [redacted]. I am rejecting this response because:Good afternoon, I am writing in response to the complaint filed against my business from [redacted].   Unfortunately Mrs [redacted] is not being honest and her statement is mostly untrue. · I will not justify a response to being honest but have included grass photo's showing the before and after condition of my yard as detailed in the original complaint.   Yes I have been in constant contact with the HOA, they have sent letters and had meetings with members, about what happened and how it would be resolved.  So she did know that we had reseeded it.   · [redacted] should have read the complaint closely as I did state they re-seeded and that it is now all weeds. (see attachments)      Yes it was true grass seed and NOT weeds that was reseeded.  Does it remotely make any sense that we would reseed with weeds?  I am not even aware that you can buy weed seeds.  I would be happy to provide her with certified tests of the seed we use. · I do not need to know what seed was used as I am not the landscape company being paid thousands of dollars out of my homeowners fees · What I need is the lawn re-sodded to look like it did before the company killed it    The water schedule was changed to 2 times per day not 3 times. The board also let the members know that I had talked with the City and the additional water usage would be around $2.00 per month with septic fees and if anyone needed reimbursed $4.00 please contact me.  Does she even have access to the controller to know how many times it is scheduled to run?   · The homeowners job is not to access the controller- this  is what we pay this company to maintain      NO response?  I have talked to [redacted] on the phone, visited her site and left a message about treating her lawn.  She said I have not responded yet she knew I was coming to look and then said she got my message that I would be treating the lawn.  Claims I have not responded yet knew I was coming to see the site and then would be treating it.  · [redacted] called me once but ONLY AFTER I repeatedly left messages and filed the Revdex.com complaint to tell me he would be coming out to treat the lawn and today because he was angry that I took alternative actions.     I am not sure why someone would be so dishonest.  I have been in constant contact with the HOA, which has directed us to deal only with them, not the 92 tenants.  We are reseeding 20 year old lawns that where mostly weeds. · I would caution [redacted] to be careful as he is bordering on slander. I have pictures of lawns that did not get sprayed and ones that did after.  We have reseeded all lawns.   We have also let the HOA know we would be treating the broad leaf weeds and grasses as the weather cooled so it doesn’t damage the new grass.   · [redacted] has been in contact with the association this is true but has never fixed the issue his company created. · I was advised by the homeowners association president Karen Johnson to reach out to him directly which is what led to this mess now  [redacted] will speak with any homeowner one on one. Call him at [redacted] . However, he will be out this week.    As you can see the only part of her letter that has any fact is that we indeed, by mistake, sprayed her lawn.   · I'm glad he admits that indeed his company sprayed and killed my lawn · My lawn now is un-repairable as you can see in the photos    At any time, she would like a refund on the water, please have her stop by my office for a complete refund.  We will continue to work with the HOA and rectify this issue.  And make sure all lawns are back to better than original condition.   Even those who chose to be dishonest and file false and untrue claims against my company. · Again I would caution [redacted] to be careful as he is bordering on slander. ·  If the lawn is not replaced I will file a suit with the Hartford insurance company as have other home owners in the neighborhood. · I was trying to resolve the issue in an adult manner but it is evident that this is no longer a possibility. · I appreciate that [redacted] has put this in writing as it will be used in the documentation moving forward.
